Keep contacting other organizers and students to get to know about their occupied dates.
Feels that if seniors recommend a particular event, it will be easier to understand it’s worth and then attend the event

USER RESEARCH
I conducted user research through surveys and engaging in conversations and interviews with students and organizers to understand their pain points and challenges. This approach allowed me to gather valuable insights and identify recurring themes among their experiences.
How do you get to know about an events?
On what basis do you decide if that event is worth visiting or is important or not?
Do you ask your seniors if they attended a similar event and if that was helpful or not?
Has it ever happened to you that since you were busy with other stuff, you somehow ended up missing the event?
Do you think that attending events help a lot in networking?
As an organizer, what all challenges do you face?
